ETER (operated by On Scene Arts LLC) collects the minimum data needed to run ticketing, membership, and the ambassador program. This page explains what we collect, why, and how to control it.
What we collect
Account info (name, email, phone if you add it), payment details (handled directly by Stripe — we never see or store your card number), ticket and order history, and, only for venue staff, camera access to scan tickets at the door. Ambassadors may optionally upload a photo or video as challenge evidence.
How we use it
To issue and verify your tickets, process payments and refunds, run the membership and ambassador point programs, and email you about orders or events you're attending. We don't sell your data.
Who we share it with
Service providers that run the platform: Stripe (payments), Clerk (accounts/login), Supabase (database and file storage), and Sentry (crash/error monitoring). Each only receives what it needs to do its job.
Retention & your rights
We keep order and ticket records as required for accounting and fraud prevention. You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account at official@eterdenver.com.
Age
ETER is a venue for adults; our services aren't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
